You must notice how these aspiring models set ramp on fire , but in reality, live a simple, regular life just like you do. Models undergo few things followed by profession:-

• FAMILY AS A PROBABLE OBSTACLE

While there exist a few models that come from a prestigious family background itself , there are  few who still struggle to even get approval  from their family. Family may serve as the biggest hindrance in the life of an upcoming model. Coming from a simple family background can be the cause to endless family conflict and strain with regards to the career. At times, religion, caste and ones culture are barriers   A few religions believe that , the body is the temple of God and exposing the same is a violation of the conduct of that religion. Ones family is just forced to ask you to move out if you are young and have no personal source of income. 

• A DRASTIC SHIFT FROM CAREER AND WORK PRESSURE

The existing shifts and pressure at work do nothing great but force you to drift away from career. Modeling as a profession in the first place encourages youth to take a drop off  their education. The busy and taxing schedule gives you no time to focus on education. Models in the making either take a drop for a year a two and when they get back to thinking about career , its either too late or they ultimately lose interest. The profession forces one to move away from hometown , leaving you with no support , making it difficult to maintain the balance. At work, the stress and anxiety is unbearable. Upcoming models face debts as their payments are often delayed or irregular. Long hours and above all mean fashion designers , harassment emotionally and sexually are other operating factors.

• NEVER ENDING STEREOTYPES

Money, alcohol , drugs are terms synonymous with the modeling agency. Moreover industry is not treated with respect and reverence and is looked down upon. But the question is that, is this the life they lead or are forced to lead? Models, according to lay people are pictured to have multiple affairs, partying and most commonly prone to one night stands. If a male and female model is spotted together too frequently, public believes that they have an existing chemistry irrespective of their actual marital status. No it’s not necessary upcoming models have a luxurious life. Neither the models are atheists , but believe in God and follow religion. Ever heard of the phrase ‘Beauty without brains!’, not all blondes are dumb. The most commonly believed stereotype is that due to the emphasis on beauty and the physique, models do not pregnant. That is entirely false.

• LACK OF PRIVACY

The social media works as a powerful variable for aspiring models. For models all the world, nothing about their lives really holds private. Every event, shoot, even a holiday is open to the public to interpret or misinterpret in their own way. This creates a lack of private space and could be a source of strain in their personal life.
